Cancellation Policy
Effective March 1, 2017, we require a $25 non-refundable deposit to hold your appointment time. In the event that you which to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us a 24-hour advance notice and we will do our best to accommodate you without penalty. If you cancel within the 24 hour window to your scheduled appointment, your $25 deposit will not be refunded.
We do understand that emergencies/illnesses occur. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
